1. Accounts Supervisor

Agora Limited Job Responsibilities

  1. Finance & Accounts is one of the key processes for the organization and thus in outlets.
  2. The job holder is therefore expected to ensure smooth accounts operation at the outlet to support business.
  3. Collecting daily cash sales & deposit to the bank.
  4. Preparing report on sales made though credit card sales & sending to appropriate authority.
  5. Checking of GRN & sending to head office accounts.
  6. Maintaining petty cash fund & ensure fund available for teal.
  7. Maintaining VAT register at the outlet and provide necessary information to head office accounts as and when required.
  8. Preparing report on cash variance, gift vouchers sales, sales and sending to head office.
  9. Submitting outlet VAT monthly & answer to customs inquiry (only for outlets located out of Dhaka).
  10. Reconcile supplier GR & payment related issues & settle after discussing with head office (applicable for outlets out of Dhaka).
  11. Handle customer complaints for cash or card related issues as and when arise.
  12. Train newly recruited Cashiers and accounts personnel on outlet accounts operation.
  13. Monitor direct purchases at the respective outlets. All SAP tasks as per authorized T-Codes and scheduled timeline.
  14. Follow the QMS process & procedures as instructed by the line manager.
