Responsibilities of the Senior PMEAL Officer
Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEAL) System Management
- Design and implement PMEAL frameworks aligned with project objectives and DRR guidelines.
- Develop project-specific tools and methodologies for monitoring and evaluation.
- Conduct baseline, mid-term, and end-line assessments to evaluate project impacts.
- Ensure data quality through regular field visits and audits.
Data Management and Reporting
- Manage data collection systems for evidence-based decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, success stories, and case studies.
- Develop GIS-based tracking systems for project activities.
Learning and Documentation
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and challenges.
