SSC or equivalent examination certificate will be considered for proof of age. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted.

The prescribed application form addressed to Member-Administration, Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board, Rangamati Hill District should be duly filled and forwarded to the Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board, Rangamati by 05/10/2023 during office hours (by 4:00 PM). No application sent directly or by post after the prescribed date and time will be entertained.
3. The prescribed application form should be downloaded from www.chtdb.gov.bd website and filled manually. The application form is acceptable except for manually filled applications.
4. The following documents must be attached with the application form attested by a gazetted officer of the first class (with name under signature and clearly sealed):
(a) Attested copies of original/temporary certificates of all educational qualifications.
(b) 03 (three) copies of passport-size attested photographs taken recently.
(c) Attested copy of National Identity Card (NID)/Birth Registration Certificate.
(d) Attested copy of Permanent Resident/Citizenship Certificate (issued by District Administrator/Circle Chief/Mayor of Local Municipality/Chairman of Union Parishad/Commissioner of City Corporation).
(e) Original character certificate issued by a first-class gazetted officer.
(f) If the candidate is the son-daughter/son-daughter of the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, proof of any one of the list saved/displayed on the Ministry of Liberation War website www.molwa.gov.bd should be submitted. In this case, no temporary certificate or Bangladesh freedom fighter certificate will be accepted.
(g) Orphan/Physically Handicapped candidates have to submit an Orphan/Physically Handicapped Certificate signed by the Deputy Director/Equivalent/Officer in charge of the District Social Services Office under the Directorate of Social Services or authorized competent authority.
(h) Ansar & Village Defense Member (minimum 21 days training completed before 30/06/2023 AD) candidate should submit a certificate issued by District Ansar Adjutant.
