Law Commission Bangladesh Job Application Procedure:
To apply for the Law Commission Bangladesh job circular 2025, follow the steps outlined below:
1. Interested candidates have to submit a written application in their own hand. The applicant should fill out the application form by hand and send it with his signature in the prescribed form issued by the Ministry of Public Administration in memorandum No. 05.110.0000.00.00.089.14-01 dated 29.12.2014 AD. The sample application form is available on the Law Commission website www.lc.gov.bd and the Ministry of Public Administration website www.mopa.gov.bd.
2. Application form should be sent to President, Recruitment and Selection Committee, Law Commission, 15 College Road, Dhaka-1000 on 11-10-2023 AD by 4:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
3. Photocopies of all certificates of educational qualification and other experience and 03 recent passport-size color photographs attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer should be attached with the application form. In the case of attestation, there must be a seal with the name and designation of the attesting officer.
Application Fee Payment Method:
As of 11-10-2023 the maximum age limit of the applicant for the respective posts should be within 30 years (32 years for children of freedom fighters). An affidavit in respect of age is not admissible.
Any permanent resident Bangladeshi citizen can apply for the said posts. Attested photocopy of the National Identity Card, Birth Certificate, and Citizen Certificate signed by the Union Council/Municipal Chairman or Ward Commissioner of City Corporation should be sent along with the application form.
A return envelope of size 10 inches by 5 inches with postal stamp of Rs.10 (Ten) containing the present address should be sent along with the application form for postal communication of the candidate.
A non-refundable bank draft/pay order of Tk 200/- (two hundred) for the post of lower assistant and Tk 100/- (one hundred) for the post of office assistant must be submitted along with the application to “Secretary, Law Commission” issued by any branch of Sonali Bank.
