a) 03 (three) copies of passport-size color photographs taken recently. 03 copies of photograph 01 (one) copy with application and 02 (two) copies with admit card should be pasted with glue/gum.
b) All original/temporary certificates of educational qualifications and certificates of training issued by the Board/University (in case of post No.3);
c) Citizenship certificate issued by Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor;
d) Permanent resident certificate issued by the District Commissioner or Circle Chief in support of permanent residents of Rangamati Hill District;
e) National Identity Card;
f) Experience Certificate (if any);
g) Son-Daughter/Son-Daughter Son/Daughter of Hero Freedom Fighter/Martyr Freedom Fighter along with application in case of Hero Freedom Fighter/Shaheed Freedom Fighter Certificate (to be signed and countersigned by the competent authority as per government instructions). Candidate’s relationship certificate with heroic freedom fighters issued by the Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman, countersigned by the concerned Upazila Nirbahi Officer;
h) Certificate issued by Competent Authority of Candidates Orphanage Residents, Physically Handicapped / Members of Ansar and Village Defense Forces, etc.
i) Any documents sent along with the application form will not be returned.
Application Fee Payment Method:
Examination fee along with application form Rs.400/- (four hundred) for candidates from Serial No.-1 to 3 posts and Rs.300/- (three hundred) for candidates from Serial No.-4 to 5 posts (non-refundable) Chairman, Rangamati Hill District Council, Rangamati named Sonali Bank, New Court Building Branch Current Account No.-5419240000472 should be deposited in the original copy of the deposit slip.
The application of the employed candidates along with the necessary documents should reach the appropriate authority within the prescribed date and time.

Incomplete and defective applications will be treated as outright rejection. The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance or rejection of the application shall be final. No objection will be accepted in this regard.
