Jagannath University Admission Requirements

• Only students who have passed SSC 2020 and 2021 and HSC exams 2022 and 2023 will be able to apply.

Unit-A (Science Branch)	Science, Madrasa (Science), Vocational (HSC)	Both SSC / Equivalent in 2020, 2021 & HSC / Equivalent in 2023 (including 4th subject) must have a total GPA of 8.00 with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
Unit-B (Humanities)	Humanities, Madrasa (General, Mujabbid), Music, Home Economics, Islamic Studies	Both SSC / Equivalent in 2020, 2021 & HSC / Equivalent in 2023 (including 4th subject) must have a total GPA of 7.00 with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Unit-C (Commerce Branch)	Commerce, Diploma in Business Studies, HSC (Business Management), Diploma in Commerce	Both SSC / Equivalent in 2020, 2021 & HSC / Equivalent in 2023 (including 4th subject) must have a total GPA of 7.50 with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Jagannath University Application Process

Application for admission tests in the batch system will be held in two phases.

After applying in the initial stage, if you get shortlisted, you will get the opportunity to participate in the admission test by submitting the final application.

To apply for the initial application, first, visit the GST (General Science and Technology) website.

1. To enter the GST website, go to the address bar of any browser, type http://gstadmission.ac.bd, and press enter. After entering the website, carefully read the admission notification once or twice.
2. After reading, click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below, and a page similar to the admission form will appear. HSC Exam Roll No., Reg. No., Year of Pass and Board of Education must be filled in the online admission form. Similarly, SSC Exam Roll No., Reg. No., Pass Year and Board of Education should be filled.
3. After providing all the information correctly and clicking on the submit button, all the certified information, including the student’s name, parent’s name, passed school/college, address, and exam result, will be displayed on the screen. If everything is OK, click on the ‘Apply’ button below to confirm that the initial application process has been completed successfully.
4. At the time of application, information should be provided very carefully to avoid mistakes. According to the information provided, and based on the result in the database of the education board, the primary selection will be made on who will be able to participate in the admission test after the selection.
5. In the initial stage, a certain number of students will be selected from the application list for the entrance examination, and their roll number will be published on the GST website.

Jagannath University Admission Fee Payment Process

The last step in the final application is the payment process. Because the application will be canceled if the application fee is not paid properly. So know how to pay from here.

• An identification number will be assigned once the final application process is completed.
• 1500/- The application fee should be paid through any mobile banking service using this number.
• Once the payment is done fill in the transaction ID and collect the confirmation slip.

Note: you have to pay fees within 72 hours unless the application will be void.

GST Admit Card Download

Open your preferred web browser and go to the GST (General Science and Technology) official website. You can do this by typing http://gstadmission.ac.bd in the address bar and pressing enter.

1. Log in to Your Account: Look for the login section on the website. Enter the required credentials, such as your application number and password, to log in to your account.
2. Locate Admit Card Section: Once logged in, navigate to the section on the website where admit cards are available. This is typically labeled as “Download Admit Card” or a similar term.

Note; Admit Card must be downloaded between 2024 12:00 PM to 2024 at 11:59 PM.
